Overview:

Manages customer relationship activities to enhance and build strong partnerships and generate the sale of products and services to existing customers through a team of Account Managers within assigned territory.



Responsibilities:

1.  Leads and directs the activities of an Account Management team to maintain positive business relationships with existing customers.  Hires, trains, supervises, coaches and develops team.

2.  Establishes and directs effective customer relationship programs to maximize strong partnerships.

3.  Establishes sales goals and objectives for team ensuring that targets are achieved.

4.  Advises management on customer needs and perceptions based on feedback provided by team.

5.  Responds to and resolves escalated customer issues. 



Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:  8+ years of experience in sales/service in the healthcare industry.

Skills & Certifications:  Requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.  Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, and proven success managing large teams.
