| Overview: |
The ACT! Sales Manager for New Product Sales will manage a variety of distinct sales activities. This manager will be required to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for ACT! products and services. Present residency in the Atlanta area will be strongly preferred.

| Responsibilities: |
This position will focus on improving selling to prospective accounts in a call center environment; this includes imparting the full range of prospecting, selling, account management and closing skills to the sales team. General responsibilities include the development of a 5-10 person telesales team which will engage in both inbound and outbound calling activities. Management and development of sales associates to exceed performance objectives is primary. Industry, product and sales skills knowledge are key components to the role. Collection and analysis of key data and metrics and development of actionable plans associated with this data will be critical to the success of the department.
