| Overview: |
Sage currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Entry Operator in our Benton, AR office.
|
| Responsibilities: |
- Under direct supervision, keys sales orders and service work ticket orders into Softrax and updates as necessary.
- Advances orders through relevant stages and puts orders through various databases for billing and maintenance purposes
- Reviews Detail Tab and Purchase Schedule to confirm investment amounts are correct; then keys product SKUs into Softrax.
- Ensures orders balance if discounts need to be adjusted in the pricing and advises Sales Rep if configuration needs to be re-run.
- Determines order type to accurately advance order to Serialization Department if necessary.
- Works with Sales Order Processing and Sales Team to confirm order irregularities.
- Keys all Service Work Tickets into Softrax and completes process for Billing.
- Monitors Softrax for orders to be advanced to Sourced status; then advances the orders through the Milestone and Installation databases and Releases the order.
- Executes all changes to orders via Internal Sales Order Modifications or Change Order Requests.
- Releases and Ship Confirms Account Recovery, Software Only and Service Work Tickets.
- Sends notification of Sales Order number to Order Processor and Sales Rep and maintains record of all orders entered each day for report.
- Submits New Account Set-up and Activation Requests to Customer Service Dept.

| Qualifications: |
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years experience in a data entry function.
- Knowledge of Sales Order Database (Softrax, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft office suite, good oral and written skills, problem solving skills.
